Own It (part 1&2) By C. Monet

This 5 star series was short sweet ant to the point! When I first read part one i was like there is no way this book is going to end the way it did! I was left wanting more! I just had to know what the next step was for the characters. We (other readers and I) immediately hit C. Monet up and asked her for a part 2 and baby did she deliver! I loved how part 2 picked up where it left off! I'm glad the series ended the way it did! This book had me wanting to step out on faith and live my very best life.

You Saved Me: Standalone By Jay ThaWriter

I absolutely loved this book! It was great from start to finish. The entire story line will have you hooked from the first line. I;m so happy everything worked out the way it did! I absolutely loved Mia's lil sassy ass! That lil girl was just to much! Not only was this book entertaining, it was spiritual as well. This book was very well written and as always Jay does a great job with his storytelling. I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars.

This Gangsta Love for You (Part 1&2) By Nija Spencer

Image
This series is the first by this author that I've read! I must say she did her thing with this series. Nija grabbed my attention from the first page of the first book and kept it until the last page of the second book. If you love a book that's gonna tug at your heart a little, then this is the one for you! After completing the series I was left in my feelings. No i'm not going to spoil the book by giving the ending away but i will say that it is a must read. Nija did a great job by bring the subject of mental illness to light. Mental Illness is for whatever reason a big issue in society today. This is a subject that most won't even attempt to bring to light.

I give the series as a whole 5 out of 5 stars! B. Moni is starting to become one of my new favorite authors. Her pen game is the truth and she is repping my home state very well!
